Beginner Classes
Our beginner classes are perfect for those who are new to Pilates. These sessions focus on foundational exercises and principles, helping you build a strong base for your practice. You'll learn the basics of Pilates, including proper form and technique, in a nurturing environment with committed and compassionate instructors.

Beginner/Intermediate Classes (with Instructor approval*)
Designed for those who have mastered the basics, our beginner/intermediate classes help you build on your foundation and increase your skill level. These classes offer a balanced mix of fundamental and intermediate exercises, allowing you to progress at a challenging pace.

Intermediate Classes (with Instructor approval*)
Our intermediate classes are ideal for those ready to take their practice to the next level. These sessions focus on more advanced exercises and techniques, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. You’ll work on refining your skills and achieving greater control.

Advanced Classes (with Instructor approval*)
For seasoned practitioners, our advanced classes provide an opportunity to master the Pilates method. These challenging sessions are designed to push your limits and help you achieve peak performance. Expect a dynamic and intensive workout that targets every muscle group.

*All new students will start in the beginner class. Rosanna (Nahnie) Barberio will conduct an assessment to determine if they can advance to other class levels.
